John in a classic posture

Sitting by the window in the Great Hall with a posture that portrays an air of intellectual thought.
While John wears woolen clothes (Lawrence is usually dressed in silks) they are none-the-less fine wools and trimmed with sufficient silk to justify it being worn by a member of the middle-classes.
Just visible is one of the cushions that The Group have communually produced; in this case an embroidered slip-cushion - we have sufficient furnishing of these sorts to equip the entire Manor.Photographer: Johnnie Rutter
