Painted Cloth Hanging
This was one of the first hangings we produced.
We produced two long-drop hangings so that we could frame doorways or fireplaces at events.
Both were painted with skin size using only Red and Yellow Ochres and the motifs were stencilled. So although it does look quite posh and expensive, in reality it is quite a cheap hanging, taking only around 3 days effort.Photographer: Mark Goodman
