Children

The Group has a high proportion of children in its membership. This, we feel, is a benefit as firstly it makes it easy to get younger members of the public involved.

Secondly it ensures we do not get too dry in the way we run The Group, that also makes us continue to explore new avenues.

We run workshops in presentation to enable our members to learn how to present topics to children in ways they can absorb. We do not believe we are entertainers, though we are fully aware you have to provide interest to children, this can be done without dumbing down.

To prevent it being too dry, we also had dancing workshops and a period puppet show for children and parents alike!.
