The subject of portraying laundry and cloth working skills was popular with many of the visiting public. This picture shows our dyers working the vat.
The laundry also took on the mundane tasks of bleaching and washing undergarments. Urine bleach was used on the heavier stains, the raw material being supplied by the male members of the group.
